Customer Table
The main customer maintenance function is where you have all the characteristics for each customer that you will keep track in your system. To make it easier to work with the high number of fields needed to store the data, the window has three pages:
The Information page contains the most relevant data for a customer. Some data fields are informative only while others are editable.
The Settings page contains supplemental information about your customer.
The Notes page, you can enter any text that relates to your customer.
Invoicing
To easily create your Invoices , this screen has new format:
The Invoice screen holds your customer’s data. At the bottom you will find a set of fields that will show the running totals for the invoice. The Detail section contains a list of items charged to this invoice, which is under the invoice header. There must be at least, one merchandise item sold to the customer. The Payment and Notes screen lets you change the payment type and add beginning and ending notes.

Repair Order
Repair orders help you keep track of defective goods received from customers, either for normal repair service or due to warranty compliance repair (or exchange). The repair order includes a number of setup functions that control technicians and activities performed by the technicians.
To help you entering the data, the Repair Order maintenance window has three pages or Tab: The Repair Order page holds your customer’s data, the product to repair and the different services and status of the order. The Detail page contains a list of the items used to repair the product listed on the repair order page. The Payment and Notes page will show you where you can add a beginning and a ending notes.
